Food Establishment / Restaurant Inspections

Search Inspections Welcome to the Tooele County Health Department  Food Establishment / Restaurant Inspection web page.  This site provides information to users that will help them to make informed decisions about where they dine.
This web site includes the number of critical /non-critical violations, details of violations and inspection dates.
Inspections in the database began to be entered on July 1, 2013.  It will take two to four years to compile a full history of an establishment. Inspections completed earlier than July 1, 2013, as well as information about complaints may be obtained by submitting an Application for GRAMA Record Search to the Environmental Health Division.
It is the goal of Tooele County Health Department for this site to be meaningful to food establishment operators and the public.  Should you have any comments regarding the site or potential improvements please contact us at

Please Seek Medical Advice

Contact your health care provider, especially if you are:

  • Pregnant, elderly, have a weak immune system, or if the ill person is an infant. Any of these conditions put people at higher risk of getting sick if exposed to germs in contaminated food, and at higher risk of developing serious medical problems.
  • Having severe symptoms such as bloody diarrhea, severe nausea and vomiting or a high fever.
