PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOOELE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY September 8, 2022 FROM 6:00 P.M. TO 7:00 P.M AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN ROOM 180, 151 NORTH MAIN STREET, TOOELE, UTAH.
THE PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING IS TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT ON CHANGES TO THE FOLLOWING REGULATION:
TOOELE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT REGULATION #12: WASTEWATER DISPOSAL- Read the proposed changes to the regulation here: Reg #12, 2022 proposed change, Section 3.2
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. COPIES OF THE DRAFT FOR THIS REGULATION ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXAMINATION AND PUBLIC REVIEW AT THE TOOELE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, 151 NORTH MAIN STREET, TOOELE, UTAH.
