Dear Community Members,
I am pleased to present the 2023 annual report for the Tooele County Health Department. This report is a snapshot of our achievements and ongoing initiatives to promote and protect the health of our community.
Our dedicated team implements evidence-based programs and policies to improve health outcomes in our county. We address a wide range of health issues, such as disease outbreaks, substance misuse prevention, environmental hazards, and chronic disease prevention.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to our staff, as well as our community partners and stakeholders, for their unwavering support and collaboration. Their contributions have played a pivotal role in our successes and accomplishments this past year. As we look ahead, we remain committed to our mission of enhancing the health and well-being of our community. Together, we can build on the progress made and create an even healthier, more resilient community.
