The Tooele County Healthy Smiles Dental Clinic was formed in response to the significant need for dental care by those who have little or no means of obtaining the dental care they need.

The clinic is open four days a week by appointment. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call or text (435) 277 – 2430. Please note due to high call volumes if we are unable to answer your call leave a message or send us a text.  The clinic hours are flexible.
