Food Safety Manager Information
Listed below are approved Food Safety Manager Certification courses and testing sites for Tooele County. This is a separate certification than the Food Handler Permit.

Once you have successfully passed the exam you are required to provide a copy of your Food Manager Certificate to the Tooele county Health Department.
Email your certificate to eh@tooeleco.gov. Fax 435-277-2444 or mail or deliver to 151 N. Main St, Suite 140 Tooele, UT 84074
Please provide the name of the current establishment you are managing when submitting your certificate.
*Please note: Although most manager course certificate show a certification period of 5 years, the state of Utah only acknowledges the certification for 3 years.

***Please Note*** Consult with your local health department for more information regarding location of testing centers. Some courses ONLY prepare you for the approved test but do not provide the actual exam.
