Food Safety Manager Information
Listed below are approved Food Safety Manager Certification courses and testing sites for Tooele County. This is a separate certification than the Food Handler Permit.

Once you have successfully passed the exam you are required to provide a copy of your Food Manager Certificate to the Tooele county Health Department.

Please provide the name of the current establishment you are managing when submitting your certificate.
*Please note: Although most manager course certificate show a certification period of 5 years, the state of Utah only acknowledges the certification for 3 years.
