Subdivision Feasibility Reviews
Before a parcel of land can be divided and/or developed a Subdivision Feasibility Review may need to be completed by our office. The Application for Subdivision Feasibility Review must be submitted and applicable fees paid before review will be completed. A fee will be charged for each lot in your development. Additional items may be required if your property will not be serviced by a municipal sewer and/or water system. If your property will be served by an approved community water system you may need to provide an intent to serve letter from that water system.
